COVID-19 has brought unprecedented demand for the services that STEAC provides. Most critical right now is meeting the growing demand to provide nutritious meals to those in need. STEAC relies on community food donations to provide the over 2,000 pounds of food we distribute every week. Due to the shelter in place restrictions, two major community food drives had to be cancelled, resulting in the loss of close to 20,000 pounds of food we would normally collect.

STEAC has instituted a social distancing compliant food donation drop off every Tuesday from 11am-1pm at the STEACFood Closet at 642 Hawthorn Lane, in the parking lot behind St. Martin’s Episcopal Church.
